Jan Bartelsman has been specializing in culinary photography and film for some 25 years. He has built up a clientele consisting of both national and international customers, and regularly publishes works of his own. His work includes everything and anything, from promotional product photography to coffee table books for Michelin star chefs and user-friendly cookbooks for the home chef. Bartelsman also publishes his own works or for others. Among the books he has published is the on-going series entitled
‘Dining in …’, in which each instalment concentrates on the finest restaurants operating in a particular city. In 2012 he published Living, Loving, and Longing, in which he, together with author Ronald Giphart, chronicles a 5-day pub-crawl through Amsterdam. Also he just finished an Ipad app made for Librije’s Atelier which will be in the itunes store soon.
